Between Shades of Gray
What a great heartbreaking book. I was heartened to learn about this time in history-one I never knew was happening at the same time as the jewish holocaust. I hope this finds a wide audience and thank the author for sharing this story. The only way we can hope not to repeat these sorts of tragic things is to share stories like these with the world and a young adult audience with their excitement and willingness to want to right the wrongs of the world is the perfect avenue.
