Bright and Shiny Shiny

I don't know how I've gotten to this point in my reading and have never read AC (considering I went through a few year years of reading almost exclusively mysteries) But this will be my first because it is the one of the few my library had and the dust jacket claims Dame Agatha considered it to be one of her very best mysteries.

So.....I wanted to love it and I only liked it. I figured I'd read this and want to immediately immerse myself in all things Agatha. Maybe it's just me or maybe it's just this volume. Maybe I should have started with a volume of short stories. I want to love Agatha so if any of my friends out there have a favorite they would like to recommend I really want to give her another go round!
